Return & Refund Policy

At Artuminate, we take great care in delivering high-quality art prints and custom pieces. Since most of our products are made to order, we encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Prints (via Printful)

All art prints are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner.

We only accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items received (wrong print, size, or order)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

To request a return or refund:

Please contact us at hello@artuminate.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we confirm the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund (if the item is out of stock)

2. Custom Artwork Commissions

All custom paintings are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

We maintain open communication during the process to ensure the final work aligns with your expectations. However, once creation has begun, cancellations are not possible.

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • First check the tracking link (included in your confirmation email)

  • If it's untracked or missing, contact us at hello@artuminate.com

We will work with Printful to resolve any issues or offer a resolution.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

For approved return cases, return shipping instructions will be shared with you.

  • If the error was ours or Printful’s, we will cover the shipping.

  • If not, return shipping is at your own cost.
